Twin City News is an independent, local and family owned online new agency dedicated to giving our community just the facts about crimes, emergencies, and events that happen in Festus and Crystal City in Missouri. Our owner and editor Paul Barnard is a family man with a loving wife and five daughters. His past experience as an EMT and Law Enforcement officer gives him the investigative drive to accurately publish news around our community.
