I am a registered civil engineer with over 50 years of direction and hands-on experience with most of the major aspects of transportation engineering and transportation planning including regional multi-modal planning, preliminary freeway and urban street location and design, street and freeway system capacity and operations analysis, light rail conceptual location design, travel demand modeling, parking studies and traffic impact analysis. Current interests involve advocacy of effective transportation policy issues at the regional and state level.
