Approaching the so-called life beginning age, 40 that is, I am in search for things that will give me something to be proud off and write about. I am starting with my new found passion in running. As middle age approaches, lots of health problems can slowly creep up from under you without your knowing it until it becomes full blown ailment. Hopefully, it's not yet too late for me to indulge in physical fitness exercises. I took running as a take off point because of its ease and accessibility.
