Oscar B. Bowens

I am Oscar B. Bowens, Assistant Professor at Colorado State University. Interested in diet, nutrition, books, athletics, and health. Received my Ph.D. in Health from the University of Utah in 1987, as a doctoral student at the University of Utah, I became involved in research involving body fat measurements. A number of years later, as a young professor at Colorado State University, I initiated a wide variety of research projects involving diet and athletic performance with the help of my graduate students.
