I am a residential real estate appraiser serving Northern Colorado. My practice focuses primarily on non-lender appraisal work, including relocation appraisals, divorce appraisals, estate and date-of-death valuations, pre-listing, cash purchases, appraisal waivers, and more complex residential properties that require careful analysis and strong market support. Before starting my appraisal practice, I spent many years working as an insurance adjuster and claims manager. That experience gave me a practical understanding of residential construction, property condition, damage analysis, documentation, and dispute-related valuation issues. I believe that background helps me approach complex appraisal assignments with a broader perspective than valuation alone. I have also provided expert witness.
