Nathalie Kyriakou

Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Nolos

Nathalie Kyriakou is a marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience turning ideas into meaningful impact. Her career spans technology, finance, and consumer goods, always driven by the goal of making a difference in people’s lives. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Nolos, she leads strategies that protect families, simplify legal and financial services, and provide access to the tools people need to feel secure. Outside of her professional work, Nathalie is actively involved in her community, supporting initiatives that strengthen families, encourage education, and open doors to essential services. Born in Beirut and raised in a trilingual household speaking English, French, and Arabic, Nathalie developed early on the ability to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. This skill has remained a central part of her approach to marketing and communications. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, she began her professional journey in 2004 as Marketing and Communications Manager at Groupe Deschênes. In this role, she learned how to create a brand’s voice, build its reputation, and align marketing strategies with business objectives. In 2010, she joined Rogers Communications in Montreal as a Senior Marketing Specialist, contributing to acquisition and retention campaigns for consumer services. The role strengthened her skills in campaign execution, media planning, and creative storytelling. In 2013, she became Marketing and Digital Manager at Beiersdorf, the company behind Nivea. She managed national advertising campaigns, public relations programs, and brand ambassador initiatives, using digital platforms to increase visibility and strengthen brand awareness in the Canadian market. In 2015, Nathalie entered the financial services sector as a Financing Mortgage Advisor at La Capitale, now Beneva. Over the next five years, she guided clients through important financial decisions with honesty and clarity. Her commitment to transparency and client care earned her recognition as one of the Top Financial Mortgage Performers for three consecutive years and one of the Top Mortgage Sales Performers for two straight years. She focused on building lasting relationships, ensuring that clients felt supported and confident in their choices. In March 2022, Nathalie joined Nolos, a LegalTech and FinTech company based in Montreal, as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Nolos is dedicated to making legal and financial services more accessible, affordable, and easy to understand, particularly for families in Quebec. She leads the company’s brand strategy, positioning, and communications, ensuring its voice reflects its mission and values. Her work includes directing campaigns for services such as digital wills, estate planning, and financial tools—initiatives designed to educate and empower people to protect their families, homes, and assets. For Nathalie, giving back and creating change are central to her work. She believes that legal wills and financial planning are essential for protecting loved ones and that these services should be clear, approachable, and free of unnecessary complexity. Being fluent in English, French, and Arabic allows her to connect authentically with Quebec’s diverse communities, making Nolos’s message of accessibility, education, and empowerment more impactful. Her career has been recognized for both results and impact. At La Capitale (now Beneva), she earned awards as a top performer in financial mortgage sales for two consecutive years and in financial mortgage performance for three consecutive years. She has contributed to national marketing campaigns for major brands such as Nivea and Rogers, combining creativity with measurable outcomes. At Nolos, her leadership has strengthened the company’s brand identity, positioning it as a leader in accessible legal and financial services for Quebec families. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Nathalie is engaged in her community and church, helping people access resources that protect their families and plan for the future. She values kindness, strong connections, and the importance of family, striving to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her. Her personal life is centered on her family, who inspire her both personally and professionally. She enjoys traveling, swimming, sailing, and reading, with a particular interest in books about leadership, branding, and personal growth. For Nathalie, life is about meaningful relationships, shared experiences, and finding joy in both major milestones and everyday moments with the people who matter most.
