He transitioned into a significant role at HerzMat Realty as Sales and Operations Manager. In this capacity, he managed the firm's operations and led the sales team, enhancing his leadership skills and deepening his understanding of the market, which solidified his drive for entrepreneurship. In 2021, leveraging his extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew co-founded MVE IT Logistics with his older brother. He meticulously developed a business strategy, secured necessary funding, and recruited a dedicated team, steering the company to a leading position in the logistics and supply chain management sector.
