I am a follower of Jesus, a wife, and a mother of a 2 year old, seeking to know and walk with God in all things. My desire is to encourage and exhort the body of Christ in different areas of christian living, friendship with God, doing justice, and loving others. I currently reside in Durham, NC and work as an Athletic Trainer in the PT setting, and in pursuit of my health coaching certification.
