Exonerate Louis Mathews

Louis Mathews was wrongfully convicted in 2005 for the 2004 murder of Scott Turner. While Louie has an alibi, is exonerated by DNA testing, and free of guilt, the commonwealth, in conjunction with the Mass State Police Lab and local police, convicted him. The state ignored crucial evidence, witness testimony, and ignored prime suspects with motive, means, and lack of motive. The Innocence Project has taken Louie's case and his motion for a new trial is in the works to be presented this year (2024). Please read Louie's petition change.org/exonerateLouisMathews. Beyond his conviction, Louis is a father to 4 and a grandfather to 5! He is a mason by trade, and a talented one at that. Louie loves to cook and enjoys a great walk. He loves the Bible and is a great friend, father, and person. He has many friends far and wide who can speak to his character, having known him before his incarceration. Louie has handled his incarceration with patience and has maintained his kind, loving personality.
