Josh Bartch

Josh Bartch is a consultant, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 15 years of experience in international capital markets. Throughout his career, he has founded several companies and participated in transactions totaling more than a billion dollars. His work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, financing, reverse mergers, and business development, helping companies pursue growth and prepare for participation in public markets. Josh currently serves as CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, where he works with businesses navigating complex financial strategies, investor relations, capital raising, market expansion, and public market preparation. His experience includes engagements with companies connected to major global stock exchanges, including the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, the London Stock Exchange, Euronext, and the Canadian Securities Exchange. Bartch began his entrepreneurial journey while attending Colorado State University. During his time as a student, he founded his first company and later sold the business. That early experience provided a foundation for a career focused on entrepreneurship, investing, corporate advisory work, and business development. In 2007, he co-founded a digital transcription platform that provided professional services to clients in the legal, academic, medical, and business sectors. The company developed a reputation for speed, accuracy, and dependable service while supporting a broad customer base. In 2011, Josh Bartch launched a private investment and advisory firm focused on early-stage and growth-stage companies. The firm specialized in capital structuring, strategic partnerships, financing preparation, and helping companies prepare for public offerings. His work included advising businesses across multiple industries and helping leadership teams develop practical strategies for expansion, funding, and market readiness. After relocating to Puerto Rico in 2020, Josh established MavDB Consulting, LLC. The firm provides strategic guidance in capital markets, investor relations, financing strategy, international listings, and business development. Through close collaboration with executives and leadership teams, he helps companies evaluate growth opportunities, strengthen investor communication, and align their strategies with broader market objectives. MavDB Consulting also takes a proactive approach to business development. Bartch works with client teams to identify potential markets, strengthen positioning, develop professional relationships, and create strategies designed to support sustainable growth. His approach emphasizes understanding each company's unique strengths and translating those strengths into practical business opportunities. Over the course of his career, Josh Bartch has been involved in public listings, significant financial transactions, mergers, financing structures, and complex corporate deals. In addition to his professional activities, Josh supports several philanthropic causes. He has contributed to ND Hope's efforts to build schools in Africa and supported relief initiatives in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. He also donates to organizations serving veterans and first responders. In Puerto Rico, Bartch supports Boxing Bullies, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young people through boxing. The organization provides access to renovated gyms and opportunities for training, confidence building, leadership development, and mentorship. Outside of his professional work, Josh Bartch enjoys golf and travel. He values golf as both a personal challenge and an opportunity to develop relationships in a relaxed environment. Travel allows him to experience different cultures, ideas, and perspectives, contributing to his broader understanding of international markets and business environments. Josh studied finance and general academic subjects at Colorado State University and the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He lives in Puerto Rico with his son, Maverick, and continues to work as an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor supporting companies pursuing growth, financing, and opportunities across global markets.
