Jen Vallieres

Jen has worked in education and counseling since she began her career in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2007. Her experience includes working with students from preschool through high school in school settings, in community-based organizations, and in community mental health organizations. Currently, Jen is a high school counselor and co-founder of Eudaemonia Counseling & Consulting. Jen empowers her clients to find the best version of themselves by building a space that is filled with empathy, respect, authenticity, and gratitude. She works with youth and adults and specializes in general mental health counseling, parenting support, and college/career counseling. She also consults with schools to help them innovate their counseling programs to ensure that all students are seen, heard, and supported. Jen has presented at workshops on topics like sexual consent, relationships, and counselor wellness. She maintains professional memberships to stay up to date on best practices in the counseling field.
