Elizabeth

I'm not who I was. After 20-plus years as a communications professional, it became clear to me a few years ago that God had other plans. I'm a candidate for ordained ministry in the United Methodist Church, called to be an elder. I've been through a lot of changes in the last few years, but I know they are equipping me for what lies ahead. I still love creating things - stories, essays, poems, prayers, jewelry. And I still believe that life is good at its core - even when events bring you to your knees and make no sense at all. There is still hope, love, and beauty in the world - things we should be grateful for.
