However if you want to feel frightened and terrified, revisit the first one. Another cool little nod: the numbered address for Abra's home was 1980 - the year The Shining was released. Danny lil boy in the Shining big role didnt do any other acting after this like linda blair strange. I went into this a week after finally completing The Shining during a Halloween movie marathon. I must say I enjoyed it especially since I decided to view this as its' own film, not a Shining sequel. It was by no means perfect, I'm still slightly confused about the entire steam situation and why they sought children.
