After completing his legal studies, he joined several respected New York City and White Plains law firms, eventually becoming a partner at two. His legal career focused primarily on aviation law and ski area liability, with early involvement in high-profile aviation disaster cases that required a detailed understanding of reinsurance, risk, and regulatory compliance. Parallel to his legal career, Glenn B Allyn remained active in the ski industry. He served as a coach for competitive youth ski teams, training athletes aged 12 to 15 in race techniques such as slalom and giant slalom. As a J3/J4 coach, he focused on developing technical skills, safety awareness, and mental preparedness for competition. His aviation career began as a Learjet captain with Northeast Jet in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He later became Director of Operations at Tab Aviation, overseeing scheduling, crew management, and compliance across New York and New Hampshire operations. These roles allowed him to develop his flight experience while taking on significant operational responsibilities. Glenn also worked as a broker and sales associate with Best Jets, Inc., facilitating the purchasing and selling aircraft, including jets, turboprops, helicopters, and seaplanes. His combined legal and aviation background made him particularly effective at managing contracts, valuations, and client negotiations. He served as Chief Pilot for M’Air Aviation, leading flight operations, pilot supervision, safety management, and charter coordination. This position allowed him to unify his technical expertise with business oversight, preparing him to launch his aviation enterprise.
