A massage therapist since 1997 I have ate, slept and breathed massage in almost all of its forms. I am now the owner of Discover Massage in Fort Collins, CO. I help people that want to become the masters of their inner world show up in a bigger way and fully contribute their gifts to the world by giving them the tools to get back in their body and discover their own unique body language. Sustainable health is what interests me most, I think because there is no one answer. What is sustainable for one is not sustainable for another. Looking at the whole picture, is this sustainable for the earth? for our soil and community as well as the person. Is is sustainable both mentally and physically? When we ask these questions we start to find true sustainable health.
