Growing up I do not have many memories that do not involve food. My earliest recollections are of being on a step stool next to my mother or my grandmother doing my best to "help" them prepare meals. We always had fresh fruit from our orchard and fresh vegetables and melons from our garden. We raised our own beef, pork and chicken (which we butchered and wrapped) and always had fresh milk from our Jersey milk cow, (which meant plenty of fresh cream, sweet butter and soft cheeses). I am passionate about the art of cooking! I love to cook, BUT most of all I love to watch others find great joy and pleasure as they enjoy what I have prepared. My goal is to apply all that I learned from my dear mother and grandmother and that which I have learned from the Escoffier Online International Culinary Academy, to enhance the lives of others through a fantastic "Farm to Table", dining experience.
