Daniel Podor

Daniel Podor grew up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, where a supportive community and personal ambition influenced his early path. As a young athlete, he spent years involved in soccer, sprinting, and distance running. These sports taught him discipline, resilience, and teamwork —qualities that have guided him in many aspects of his life. He began his college studies at Rollins College and later earned a degree in business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His dedication to learning continued when he earned an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and leadership. For him, education has always been a lifelong pursuit rather than just a goal. He enjoys reading widely and collects books about American history and the story of Cleveland. In his career, Daniel has worked in cardiovascular medical device sales, collaborating with startups and large companies. He is recognized for his strategic thinking and ability to adapt to shifting business environments. Alongside his corporate roles, he founded a marketing agency that supports electric vehicle charging projects and a consulting practice centered on sales strategy. These efforts reflect his interest in innovation, sustainability, and helping others grow. Family is the foundation of his life. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, two daughters, and son. He values spending time with them, whether reading together or supporting their activities. His passion for endurance sports has led him to participate in several 5Ks and half-marathons, which he views as a means to stay healthy and focused. He is committed to giving back through regular support of the American Heart Association and volunteering with a homeless program through his church. In his free time, he follows soccer, cheers for the Cleveland teams, and enjoys exploring many types of literature.
