Brendon Falconer is an experienced financial executive with more than two decades of experience in banking, treasury, analytics, and corporate finance. He has built his professional path on a disciplined, data-driven approach and a leadership style centered on collaboration and accountability. Over the years, Brendon has worked across financial reporting, asset and liability management, analytics, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-level performance strategy. His experience reflects a balance between technical precision and executive oversight. He has consistently supported organizations in strengthening reporting frameworks, improving risk evaluation, and aligning financial planning with long-term objectives. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Brendon Falconer developed a strong work ethic early in life. As a dedicated track and field athlete, he learned the importance of preparation, consistency, and resilience. He pursued higher education with the same focus, earning an accounting degree from Kent State University and later completing an MBA at Indiana State University. His academic background in management and strategy prepared him for complex leadership roles in the financial sector. Brendon’s technical background includes financial accounting, asset and liability management, management reporting, and data analytics. He has developed expertise in econometric modeling, ACL development, and stress testing frameworks. In addition, he has experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, investment portfolio oversight, and hedging and derivatives strategies. His ability to connect data analysis with executive decision-making has been a consistent theme throughout his career. In February 2014, he joined Old National Bank as senior vice president, leading management reporting and data analytics. He later became treasurer in September 2016, overseeing liquidity management, capital planning, market risk sensitivity, and treasury operations. Since May 2019, Brendon Falconer has served as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, procurement, and finance teams. During his tenure, Old National Bank experienced substantial expansion, growing to more than $46 billion in combined assets and completing the acquisition of a $20 billion Chicago bank. He has also contributed to industry discussions as a speaker at the “Acquired or Be Acquired” banking conference, where he addressed core systems and credit analytics. Outside of his professional work, Brendon remains engaged in athletics and community service. He competed in the NCAA Division I decathlon and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials. He also supports nonprofit and educational organizations through advisory roles.
